New Locations to Better Care for You

October 29, 2020

To better care for our clients in all five boroughs of New York City, True Care has acquired two new locations. The first, in Manhattan and, coming soon, in Staten Island.

True Care's Manhattan office opened on June 8, 2020, in Lower Manhattan in response to the community's needs during the coronavirus pandemic. Our Manhattan location is run and operated by our Asian Programs Department based at our Sunset Park office. To address the needs of the community and our clients in the Chinatown District, we felt it necessary to acquire this location to accommodate our active caregivers in that area. Our Chinatown office is located on the 3rd floor at 31 Monroe Street, New York, New York 10002.

True Care has also acquired a new office location in Staten Island, which will open in mid-November, 2020. We currently accomodate many CDPAP clients in the borough of Staten Island and will continue to connect with the community to expand our presence in Richmond County.

Additionally, our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) has expanded to include Upstate New York. CDPAP is a Medicaid-sponsored program that gives True Care the ability to service any county in the State of New York. If you or someone you love is interested in learning more about CDPAP, please contact us at 646-668-5897 or visit our website at truecareny.com/cdpap.
