True Care Agency
We founded True Care in 2009 with the belief that everyone deserves access to exceptional care delivered with courtesy and kindness. We created a home care agency that would provide personalized care to individuals and families seeking support managing their health and wellbeing at home. Our clients receive the same level of care a family member would provide.
We believe that our clients deserve to receive care that meets their unique needs, and we work closely with individuals and their families to develop care plans that are tailored to their strengths, limitations, and goals. We guarantee appropriate care from professional Caregivers that meet the social, cultural, and emotional needs of every client. We strive to make sure our clients feel seen and are heard.
Our Philosophy
Our caregivers improve the quality of life of our clients, supporting their independence and giving their families peace of mind.
We believe that family members can and often do play an instrumental role in caring for their loved ones, and we offer the option to designate and reimburse the caregiver of your choice through the New York State CDPAP program. This allows our clients to keep care in the family while still receiving the professional home health care support they need.
