Care Options
Hourly
Care is scheduled on a per-hour basis. This is a great option for those with less acute care needs, who may need less than frequent or intensive support. You can schedule a Caregiver/Home Health Aide visit for one or more hours per day or per week as your needs dictate.
Live-In 24-Hour Care
Live-in 24-hour care is when your Caregiver/Home Health Aide lives at your place of residence with you to provide round-the-clock care. Live-in care can be a great service for those who have more involved care needs and require more in-depth support. Live-in care provides an extra level of care that you can depend on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Part of having a Live-in Aide involves providing them with a place to sleep.
Mutual Care Couples Support
Mutual care, or couples support, refers to a situation in which one Caregiver/Home Health Aide provides care for two or more individuals at the same time. Typically, those individuals live together, for example a married couple. For couples who both require home care, mutual support can be a fantastic option. Even if you require different types of care, your Caregiver will be able to attend to both of your sets of needs. Benefits of mutual care include keeping couples together under the same roof, and having one dedicated Caregiver who is familiar with the care needs of the entire household.

Caregiver Engagement Support
At True Care we have seen time and again how families are often also profoundly impacted by the ripple effects of a loved one experiencing an acute health event. To this end, we coordinate with a robust Social Work team to support the emotional and social needs of families and loved ones. We also connect families to outside services such as talk therapy where needed.

Ongoing Training and Support for Caregivers
True Care offers ongoing training and support for Caregivers/Home Health Aides to ensure they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care. All Home Health Aides complete the requisite 95 hours of training in order to serve, and we also offer additional speciality training for Caregivers who want to hone their craft and boost their skills and confidence serving clients with a wide range of needs.
7 Days a Week Office Support
Our support staff at the True Care branch offices can be reached at any time, day or night. Give us a call no matter when or what arises. We’ll be here waiting to assist you. We are even available on weekends and holidays.

Primary Care Physician Follow Up and Collaboration
True Care can work one-on-one with client’s primary care physicians to ensure their care plan is always up to date and accurate care is consistently given.
Community Resource/Partnership Referrals and Facilitation
True Care can help identify the resources in your community, so you can be aware of and receive all the care available to you. We also provide referrals and can partner with professionals in your community to facilitate the best, convenient care.
End-of-Life support
