True Care is Now in Staten Island
November 18, 2020True Care is proud to announce the grand opening of our Staten Island location. We are excited to continue connecting with our cherished community in Richmond County and provide home care services to its residents.
On November 16, 2020, True Care officially opened its doors to its brand new Staten Island office location. As part of our grand opening celebration, we have scheduled a series of events each Friday to welcome caregivers and clients to apply and enroll. Join the fun each week on social media for Staten Island Fridays and watch our team takeover our Facebook and Instagram feeds to commemorate this momentous occasion.
In addition, True Care is hosting a month-long hiring event. Certified home health aides and nurses who apply now and throughout December will receive a special gift upon the immediate completion of our application process. Our Staten Island office is located at 1838 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10305. This office is closest to the Staten Island Railway (SIR) at Dongan Hills or Jefferson Avenue stations and the SIM1 bus to the Hylan Blvd/Buel Av Station. As with all True Care office locations, walk-ins are welcome with face coverings, and social distancing is required.
There are also various office staff positions available at our new location. If you live in the borough of Staten Island or are willing to commute, we are looking for Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish bilingual speakers. True Care's multicultural and multilingual team thoughtfully care for each client's individual needs. Our trained professionals ensure every client receives specialized attention and dependable care.

For individuals of all ages in search of at-home care in Richmond County, we provide a wide range of home care services to give you the care you deserve in the familiar comfort of your home. Whether you require Home Infusion Therapy, Private Duty Nursing, Hospice & Palliative Care, or would benefit from our True Bridge memory care program; we have the resources to customize your plan of care accordingly. You can even hire a relative or close friend to care for you, if you prefer to hire someone you know and trust, via our New York State Medicaid-sponsored CDPAP program.
