We provide personalized care to clients within the comfort of their own homes, with services tailored to meet the needs of each client. Our main goal is to ensure that clients who pay privately receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life, and the combination of services that fit their goals and lifestyle.
True Care is one of the leading providers of Private Client home care services in the state. Having served over 40,000 home care clients since 2009, we ensure that every client has access to the care and services best suited to their needs.
Private Client home care allows clients to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own homes while receiving the care and support they need. This can be especially beneficial for elderly and/or disabled clients who may have difficulty traveling to and from medical appointments or for whom it might be more appropriate to receive care at home.
Our team of health experts are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Private Clients have first-line access to our experienced Care Coordination and Leadership Team.

Assessment by a True Care RN
We begin each client’s care journey with a Registered Nurse assessment that supports the creation of the client’s Plan of Care.
Develop a Plan of Care
Each plan is personalized to the client’s unique needs. This is done in collaboration with the client’s Primary Care Physician.
Your Caregiver is Appointed
Our caregivers are certified, go through an intensive screening process, are fully trained, and are chosen as a specific match to their client.
