True Care’s Private Client Home Care Services offers a concierge suite of white-glove services that empowers our clients with the individualized care they deserve. Our Private pay programs provide all the benefits of home care on an out-of-pocket basis. We provide personalized and compassionate care to clients within the comfort of their own homes, with services tailored to meet the needs of each client.
Fulfilling Needs
Because our Private Pay programs are not bound by the guidelines of insurance, and are also available to clients who wish to add additional privately paid services to their MLTC insurance coverage, they can be the perfect medium for creating highly customized care plans and filling in gaps where services are not covered.
Private Client home care allows clients to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own homes while receiving the care and support they need. This can be especially beneficial for elderly and/or disabled clients who may have difficulty traveling to and from medical appointments or for whom it might be more appropriate to receive care at home.
We offer a range of Private Pay programs, including
Hourly, Shift-based, and Live-in Care
Residence or Facility-based Care
RN And LPN Care Management
Specialty Memory Care
Infusion Therapies
Understanding The Cost Of Home Care
Long Term Care Insurance, Catastrophic Insurance, Veteran Benefits, and Life Insurance are just a few of the ways to pay for home care.
While Medicare and/or Medicaid will typically cover some kinds of home care, there are multiple options to secure the home care you need. Medicare will pay for what’s considered intermittent in-home nursing and therapy services after a hospital or rehab stay, or as ordered by a physician. These types of Medicare services are provided for a short period of time.
Medicare does not cover custodial care. Custodial care refers to nonmedical supportive care for those who are not able to complete the Activities of Daily
Living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, grooming, transferring, continence care, or eating. These services are usually long-term and are often covered by Medicaid, private insurance, or out-of-pocket payment methods.
